The Westman Region and the City of Brandon proudly hosted the first Regional Induction Ceremonies of the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame. Over 800 people came out to celebrate the ten individuals and two local teams selected for induction by a committee of local experts chaired by Professor Morris Mott.
